Description: Access lines connect from the address point to where the address geocodes on the road. They are a visual indicator of the addressing along the street centerlne. Ideally the access line should join the road at the same location as the driveway, however that's not always the case (especially on older addresses).
Description: Crawford County PA municipal boundaries that have been adjusted to a mix of tax parcel, road centerline, and other visual clues of municipal boundary lines. This dataset was created to model emergency services and election boundaries from, as it better represents taxation boundaries, which best serves where emergency services are provide from, as well as the locality in which the citizen votes. These boundaries are not the OFFICIAL county boundary layer.
